1. Control Panel - View by : Small icons  

2-1. If there is no Tablet PC setting, contact AS request

2-2. If yes, go with Tablet PC setting

3. Choose 'Touch' between 'Touch' and 'Pen' 

4-1. If you can see any sings on the screen, touch the screen 

4-2. If not, please press 'Enter' first and touch the screen

1. Bring set-top box remote controller

1. Open any internet browser and test any video on YouTube can be played with sound or not

2. If Step 1 was OK, check audio device driver or graphic card of computer (OPS/Notebook) 

1. adjust the volume of your computer soundcard / software program 

1. Check the power button lights up or check the cable is plugged properly or not 

2. If other electricity is working but the blackboard is not, contact the A/S call center.

1. Screen Menu - Customize - Contrast/Brightness Adjustment

1. Press [PSM+ ◀◀◀◀] on the remote controller to lock all OSD KEY and powers

2. to unlock, enter [PSM+▶▶▶▶] to unlock

1. Hyperlink function among files is only available in Office for PC. 

2. Creating powerpoint slide using the hyperlink function with video file is not availabe on Android 

3. You can put the URL directly  

4. You can find the space which is for URL input if you go to Insert > Link menu 

1. Connect your laptop and change to HDMI 1 

2. Enter the selection menu on the left and select the gear shaped button 

3. Select Image(or Photo) next to the menu and select HDMI Settings 

4. At the HDMI EDID Version section, change it to 1.4 

1. Follow Settings>Device info>Android version>General settings>Apps>App permissions>Files & media>Powerpoint Always allow 

1. Set up the monitor screen configuration and shut down the computer normally.

2. power off the blackboard  

3. reset the screen configuration (main monitor, secondary monitor) as when the blackboard is turned on after only the computer is turned on and shut down 

1. Try to connect with different laptop or PC 

2. Change External Input>Setting>HDMI setting > from 2.0 to 1.4
